Oh how I love date nights with my husband! Time away from children is
so important for any marriage. Most days I am in pajamas, no makeup,
pimples from stress hormones, and my hair in a bun. To say that I get
excited for date nights is an understatement! I literally think about
what I am going to wear as soon as I wake up! Aside from quality time
with my husband, I think I enjoy the getting ready part the most!
I am obsessed with these lace crochet tiered shorts! They aren't too short and they have an elastic waistband. I saw them on Pinterest and I had to have them. I got them from Macy's a few months ago. |
I wear this denim shirt from Target way too much! It fits perfectly, it isn't too boxy and it's so comfortable. I bought it last summer. I don't think they sell this style anymore but here it something similar. |
I love these sparkly gold shimmery espadrille wedge pumps! Another Target find. They are so easy to walk in and surprisingly comfortable. |
My makeup I used for the night: |
- Revlon Colorstay Normal/Dry formula
- Maybelline Fit Me Concealer
- Rimmel Stay Matte Translucent powder
- Elf High Definition Undereye Setting Powder
- Tarte Park Ave Princess Bronzer
- Tarte Blush in Prim & Glisten (Glisten is very similar to NARS Orgasm but lasts so much longer!)
- The Balm Mary Loumanizer highlight (I bought it from LovelySkin.com because it was 25% off reg. price!)
- Lorac eye primer (this came with the Lorac Pro palette)
- Lorac Pro palette
- MAC Reflects Glitter in Antique Gold (I bought this on ebay because they don't sell it anymore. It is such a beautiful glitter pigment!)
- MAC mystery shadow used to fill in my brows
- Maybelline clear mascara to set my brows in place
- Maybelline The Falsies waterproof formula. (waterproof mascara is the only mascara I can use that will hold a curl because my lashes are so straight)
- Shu Uemura eyelash curlers (Yes, they are worth the hype! I just replace the eyelash curler pad every couple months with the Elf eyelash curler replacement pads.)
